7. Provide expert financial guidance and advice to others within executive leadership.<\/p>\n

8. Improve the planning and budgeting process on a continual basis by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership.<\/p>\n

9. Provide strategic input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions or partnerships.<\/p>\n

10. Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.<\/p>\n

11. Work with finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.<\/p>\n

12. Act as a strategic advisor and consultant offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations or business deals that the corporation may enter into.<\/p>\n

13. Evaluate company\u2019s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.<\/p>\n

14. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff. <\/p>\n

15. Oversee product and process and keep track of finances.<\/p>\n

Desired Skills:<\/p>\n

1. Bachelor\u2019s degree or masteral degree in a relevant discipline or MBA \/ Engineering.<\/p>\n

2. Minimum of 10 years\u2019 experience working within the plastic packaging industry.<\/p>\n

3. Experience in a senior management position.<\/p>\n

4. Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.<\/p>\n

5. Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.<\/p>\n

6. Understanding of human resources and personnel management.<\/p>\n

7. Experience with corporate governance.<\/p>\n

8. Proven negotiation skills. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.<\/p>\n
