• Develop and execute channel strategies that drive profitable growth for Unilever\u2019s brands<\/li>\n
• Conduct research and analysis on customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to inform channel strategies.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to develop channel-specific plans that optimize sales and profitability.<\/li>\n
• Provide regular updates on channel and Category performance and insights to leadership team.<\/li>\n
• Work with internal teams to ensure the successful launch of new products and initiatives across all channels.<\/li>\n
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute channel-specific projects and initiatives.<\/li>\n
• Monitor and analyse channel data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.<\/li>\n
• Good understanding of Unilever KPIs\u2019 accurately and analytical bent to mind<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • 3+ years of experience in channel development, sales, or marketing<\/li>\n
    • Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred<\/li>\n
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with customers and partners<\/li>\n
    • Strong Communication & Presentation skills<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical skills with strong ability to identify, troubleshoot, problem solving<\/li>\n
    • High drive for simplification and continuous improvement<\/li>\n
    • Strong time management skills and ability to priorities multiple tasks to meet established deadlines<\/li>\n
    • Team-player and proactive<\/li>\n
    • Strong ethical standards regarding the handling of confidential personal and business information<\/li>\n
