They are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to be based in Bahrain.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering and evaluating information<\/li>\n
• Constructs workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications<\/li>\n
• Identifies problems and writing improved procedures<\/li>\n
• Conducts and coordinates financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs<\/li>\n
• Understands and communicates the financial and operational impact of any changes<\/li>\n
• Suggests changes to reporting director using analytics to support the recommendations<\/li>\n
• Actively participates in the implementation of approved changes<\/li>\n
• Creates informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n
• Conducts insightful, ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one time operational issues<\/li>\n
• Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  • Experienced in both project management and sales of a running business<\/li>\n
  • Strong customer service and sales skills for generating leads<\/li>\n
  • Advanced presentation and persuasive skills<\/li>\n
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with clients<\/li>\n
  • Extensive knowledge of productivity tools and software<\/li>\n
  • Attention to detail and organization skills for honing in on each necessary task<\/li>\n
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
