We are looking for an Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial managementteam and is a professional who makes sure that financial reports are up-to-date and compliant with standards. Someone who produce periodic activity updates for top management and an annual budget proposal.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  1. month and end-year process<\/p>\n

  2. accounts payable\/receivable<\/p>\n

  3. cash receipts<\/p>\n

  4. general ledger<\/p>\n

  5. payroll and utilities<\/p>\n

  6. treasury, budgeting<\/p>\n

  7. cash forecasting<\/p>\n

  8. revenue and expenditure variance analysis<\/p>\n

  9. capital assets reconciliations<\/p>\n

  10. trust account statement reconciliations,<\/p>\n

  11. check runs<\/p>\n

  12. fixed asset activity<\/p>\n

  13. debt activity<\/p>\n

  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements<\/li>\n
  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits<\/li>\n
  • Provide recommendations<\/li>\n
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions<\/li>\n
  • Ensure accuracy<\/li>\n
  • Meet financial accounting objectives<\/li>\n
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements and skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisoror Finance Manager in UAE<\/li>\n
    • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (Tally Prime) and databases<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manipulate large amount of data<\/li>\n
    • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations<\/li>\n
    • High attention to detail and accuracy<\/li>\n
    • Ability to direct and supervise<\/li>\n
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (Attested)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
