As part of the Business Development Department, the Pre-Sales will supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the \u201ctechnical close\u201d in complex solutions. The Senior Pre-Sales collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address client needs, and are appropriately supported by key client technical decision-makers.<\/p>\n

Job Duties & Responsibility:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Develop a full understanding of ITG's products and solutions portfolio.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Create and update on a regular basis an answer bank to all products.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Keep track of deadlines and other important dates related to RFPs and demos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address client requirements, assesses customers\u2019 met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 In coordination with the Senior Pre-Sales, Preparation of adequate Demo sites for each product to target specific customers<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Work closely with the designated Professional Service team to ensure all demo sites are consistent and free of bugs.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with clients\u2019 business requirements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales engineering, large\/strategic clients segment.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Excellent command of written and spoken English.<\/p>\n
