Business Development Manager (Male \/ Female)<\/p>\n

Full time \/ Sat – Thu (10am \u2013 6pm)<\/p>\n

Amman- Jordan \/ west Amman mainly<\/p>\n

Job requirements:<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Bachelor degree in physical therapy (preferred) or within the medical field.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Excellent medical background.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Have 1-5 years\u2019 experience in medical sales (preferred) or marketing.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Passionate, Creative and Initiative.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Great written, verbal, and communication skills.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Have outstanding interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Excellent presentation.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Have a driving license and a car. (preferred)<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Good IT skills.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Good Project management, decision-making and organizational skills.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Strategic and analytical thinking skills.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Ability to write reports.<\/p>\n

\u00d8 Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.<\/p>\n

Job duties include:<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Driving Business growth within TheraBest.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Developing, implementing and managing business development plans and strategies<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Developing and implementing sales plans and strategies.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Developing and managing marketing plans with the specialists.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Preparing sales presentations and deliver sales meetings<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Producing reports for management team.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Building business development team and partnerships as needed.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Capture and analyze the appropriate business data\/metrics to measure the success of every campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns<\/p>\n
