Handle patient complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.<\/li>\n
Resolve any case related to appointment bookings or doctor availability.<\/li>\n
Keep accurate records of patient interactions and appointment bookings.<\/li>\n
Collaborate with other departments to ensure the best patient experience.<\/li>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

Must be Amman resident.<\/li>\n
Ability to work in different time shifts including weekends and holidays.<\/li>\n

Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the same field.<\/li>\n
