A Spa therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards
What will I be doing
As a Spa Attendant, you are responsible forproviding professional treatments and services for guests to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: <\/p>\n

• A Spa therapist is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards.<\/li>\n
• Create Unique and tailored journeys for each guest by identifying guest requirements and expectations.<\/li>\n
• Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa. Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge.<\/li>\n
• Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedure<\/li>\n
• Participate in on-going training, with assistance from your designated trainer and continue to study your skill<\/li>\n
• To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times.<\/li>\n
• To replenish all necessary items in male\/female spa promptly.<\/li>\n
• Perform professional services according to standards with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.<\/li>\n
• Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge.<\/li>\n
• To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels.<\/li>\n
• Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedures.<\/li>\n
• Communicate through appropriate guest cards any guest related matters, products or equipment needs, technical service requests, etc.<\/li>\n
• Assist in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used in view of repeat guests.<\/li>\n
• Participate in on-going training, with assistance from your designated trainer and continue to study your skill. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Completed state required therapy anatomy and physiology course or internationally recognized therapy qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
