clients.<\/li>\n Communicate and visit customers in order to meet their different needs and resolve their complaints quickly and effectively.<\/li>\n Identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and potential clients<\/li>\n Providing clients with information about new products or services of the bank that may be of interest to them.<\/li>\n Identifying new business accounts periodically to ensure that all credit terms mentioned in the approvals are applied.<\/li>\n Actively following up on clients to pay installments on time to avoid any delays.<\/li>\n Continuous monitoring of the various collaterals provided to the bank to preserve its rights\u200b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n Qualifications & Requirements <\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n \n A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field<\/li>\n Full knowledge of Customer Relationship Management & all of corporate products and bank\u2019s credit policy.<\/li>\n A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development in which (3) years at least in Bahrain<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n Additional Key Competencies: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \n \n Dynamic, self-motivated team player.<\/li>\n Very skilled in applying credit policies.<\/li>\n Keen in developing new skills<\/li>\n Bank\u2019s Institutional Knowledge.<\/li>\n Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n The ability to negotiate and close deals<\/li>\n Strong presentation and public speaking skills<\/li>\n Experience working with key accounts and large corporate clients<\/li>\n Strong understanding of business processes and financial concepts<\/li>\n Leadership, time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n Understanding of customer relationship management (CRM)
