Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Lead the Quality Assurance department and provide strategic guidance and direction.<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.<\/li>\n
• Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure adherence to quality standards.<\/li>\n
• Ensure effective implementation of quality control processes, including sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods.<\/li>\n
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits by regulatory authorities or third-party organizations.<\/li>\n
• Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends, deviations, or non-conformances and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions.<\/li>\n
• Familiar with product quality review.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.<\/li>\n
  • 7 years of experience in the in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.<\/li>\n
  • PQR , Risk management experience.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.<\/li>\n
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
