6. Oversee the employee performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.<\/li>\n
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in employment laws to ensure HR policies and practices are current and compliant.<\/li>\n
8. Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, and recommend appropriate resolutions.<\/li>\n
9. Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.<\/li>\n
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and prepare reports for management as required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Skills<\/p>\n

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.<\/li>\n
