Crystel is looking to hire Contact Center Supervisor in Amman.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Main Duties
Oversee and lead the assigned staff
Organize, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned staff
Manage the employees\u2019 daily activities to ensure overall performance and quality objectives are met
Develop strong relationship with clients, follow up and assure that the provided service meets their expectations
Handle customer complaint calls and ensure that they are resolved
Monitor the employees\u2019 attendance, and adherence
Manage the team\u2019s daily activities to ensure set KPIs are met
Set the clients expectation and follow up on their requirements
Responsible for calls queue monitoring
Prepare Monthly reports or any related report.<\/p>\n

Requirements:
2 Years as Contact Center Supervisor is required
Leadership skills
Time management skills
Handle problems quickly and efficiently
Depth knowledge in contact center KPI.
Microsoft office (Microsoft Word, excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Team spirit, an outspoken team player
A high sense of responsibility and a keen eye for details
Ability to work under pressure
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Language
Customer Relation Management training or any other training will be a strong plus
