Responsible for executing capacity planning activities and managing IP product life cycle, maintaining inventories about IP network configuration and structure, generating all required reports to assure systems are running in safe margins, in addition to following up on new projects implementation, coordinating with other OPS and planning teams to ensure full plans integration, managing Umniah ISP Security solution, and enhancing network performance.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities : <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Maintain and manage Umniah Core\/MDS Network<\/li>\n
• Implement MDS Customers services<\/li>\n
• Provide second-level support for MDS customers<\/li>\n
• Maintain the ISP environment to improve the performance and achieve 99.95% monthly availability of the network and within the defined SLA<\/li>\n
• Introduce new features and elements to the network<\/li>\n
• Monitor and evaluate new features and elements additions to the network<\/li>\n
• Control & monitor spare parts and handle data management <\/li>\n
• Maintain network design and product life cycle <\/li>\n
• Handle capacity planning calculation and maintain Systems\u2019 availability <\/li>\n
• Support operational teams and other planning entities in terms of network perspective<\/li>\n
• Monitor and continuously support Umniah and customers IP Core Network cases and requests<\/li>\n
• Implement and manage Umniah ISP security solution<\/li>\n
• Maintain new MDS links design, implementation and provisioning<\/li>\n
• Maintain capacity in IP GW links <\/li>\n
• Handle IP Projects and reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
