Position Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Production Engineer to join our team. This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to apply their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The candidate will be instrumental in optimizing production processes and ensuring that manufacturing goals are met efficiently and effectively.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes and equipment.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate production issues and recommend process improvements.<\/li>\n
• Monitor and control production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n
• Implement lean manufacturing practices and techniques to optimize efficiency.<\/li>\n
• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain documentation related to production processes and equipment.<\/li>\n
• Conduct time studies and work on continuous process improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement of materials and components.<\/li>\n
• Assist in maintaining health, safety, and environmental compliance within the facility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.<\/li>\n
  • Fresh graduates (up to 1-year experience).<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and familiarity with CAD software.<\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean principles.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.<\/li>\n
