A Procurement engineer is required to work at a Leading construction company based in Riyadh-Saudi Arabia, under the following conditions:<\/p>\n

1. Civil and\/or Architect background.
\n2. It is preferred that he has previously worked in the Saudi Arabia.
\n3- 5+ years of experience in this field.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties:
\n1-Preparation of Civil and Architect bid packages, identifying the scope of work and relevant requirements.
\n2-Floating RFQ and RFP to suppliers and subcontractors with close follow-up and obtaining commercial bids.
\n3-Applying Technical and commercial evaluation for bids and preparing cost comparison sheet.
\n4-Preparing prequalification and material submittal documents and obtaining consultant approval.
\n5-Coordination with technical team for issuance of RFI and to resolve technical discrepancies.
\n6-Negotiating with the suppliers & sub-contractors for the final lead-time, prices, payment terms and contractual terms and conditions.
\n7-Preparing subcontract agreement for civil and architect packages.
\n8-Reviewing & modifying MEP & other sectors contract agreements and purchase orders.
\n9-Control procurement staff provide the required support and facilitate the procurement work flow.
\n10-Coordination with site team for delivery requirement.
\n11-Coordinating with finance department and suppliers for payment issues and credit lines.
\n12-Manage subcontractors and suppliers in light of delivery and work progress.
\n13-Manage payment certificate and invoices of suppliers and subcontractors.
\n14-Track and expedite Purchase orders concerning delivery schedule to ensure on-time deliveries.<\/p>\n
