\u201cImproving refugees\u2019 socio-economic conditions in the Za\u2019atari camp through enhancing their capacities and employability skills\u201d is a project funded by the CDCS (Centre de Crise et de Soutien, belonging to the French Foreign Service) and implemented by Oxfam in Za\u2019atari camp, with the objective of enhance income generation capacities and skills building opportunities for women and men in Za\u2019atari camp.<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2. Process and Plan of mobilization for volunteers<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n
• Support the EJ team in data collection<\/li>\n
• Support purchases of materials<\/li>\n
• Support the technical training for green houses<\/li>\n
• Support Installation of hydroponic systems<\/li>\n
• Coach and mentor the agricultural businesses<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

3. Brief volunteers will receive by Oxfam and partner <\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Brief required to be conducted<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

• Volunteers will receive an induction of Oxfam values, Code of Conduct (COC) and volunteer\u2019s policy<\/li>\n
• Volunteers will receive and full brief on the project, so they are able to communicate with beneficiaries with a proper background of the project<\/li>\n
• Volunteers might receive a training session on how to use the digital tool (SurveyCTO is the data collection tool) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

4. Ethics<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Specific or possible ethical issues<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

• EJ volunteer will commit to abide by Oxfam\u2019s ethical standards or provide evidence of equivalent institutional standard where the successful applicant is a research institute with its own established standards.<\/li>\n
• Volunteer\u2019s policy and COC will be briefed and then signed by the volunteer to ensure the proper understanding<\/li>\n
• Specific ethical standards apply regarding data collection on SGBV protection and potentially with survivors. In particular, ensuring confidentiality will be paramount. Informed consent will be systematically required for any interview and data maintained with all safeguarding measures appropriate. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
