• Responsible for ensuring that customer solutions are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards as defined by industry methodology.<\/li>\n
• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to ensure smooth project delivery and exceed high customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Remove blockers and impediments that interfere with project progress and report to management when necessary.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for the scheduling of required resources and maintaining accurate planning.<\/li>\n
• Work with the sales team and the Solution Architect to define the solution pre-contract signing.<\/li>\n
• Work very closely with Product Management, Development, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications <\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • 10+ years of proven experience in the banking domain with strong project delivery\/implementation exposure.<\/li>\n
  • A solid project management background with extensive experience with a proven and successful track record of working in a variety of customer-facing situations for either a Consultancy company or a Software and Services company.<\/li>\n
  • Understand technical implementation at the architecture level and contribute to\/drive design discussion<\/li>\n
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the customer organization.<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity and ability to drive projects to completion using Agile\/Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.<\/li>\n
  • Have a thorough understanding of the Project P&L responsibility, managing, controlling, and monitoring project progress against time and budget.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to use appropriate strategies and actions to overcome resistance to change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
