• Communicate sales plans and targets to the Shop\/Department team, monitor performance on an ongoing basis, and suggest corrective actions when needed<\/li>\n
• Control and monitor the section sales budget such as (driving sales, reports, proposing action plan), as well as, executing all merchandising tasks (changing mannequin, prices, posters, pictures)<\/li>\n
• Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards<\/li>\n
• Solve customer complaints in in a timely manner, suggest solutions or\/ and escalate them as appropriate<\/li>\n
• Assist the department and operations Managers in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of products in order to ensure effective stock management and availability of products<\/li>\n
• Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support such as training and development in order to maximize sales<\/li>\n
• Organize commercial activities ensuring the optimal use of the store manpower by managing working hours, controlling team schedule, applying the Minimum etc. <\/li>\n
• Assign routine and non-routine tasks and monitor\/assess schedule preparation for the Sales Associates, cashiers and coordinators (when applicable) and ensure that activities are carried out in the most efficient manner processing, checking orders and items blocking <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor's degree <\/li>\n
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in retail industry out of which a minimum of 2 in a managerial role<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Shop\/ Stock Management tools<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English<\/li>\n
  • Deep product knowledge across all departments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
