A Leading roadside assistance company is looking for Customer services to work with our team in our call center in Amman.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Provide the highest level of verbal and written customer support.<\/li>\n
• Coordinate towing services in urgent and non-urgent situations when needed<\/li>\n
• Evaluate the needs of our members and work in a creative, pro-active manner to resolve roadside issues with member vehicles.<\/li>\n
• Determine best course of action for roadside events.<\/li>\n
• Accurately record issues and data into system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent customer service skills.<\/li>\n
  • Flexible schedule; this team runs 24\/7\/365 to accommodate our customer\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n
  • Basic computer skills (MS Windows, Office, and E-mails).<\/li>\n
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-based environment<\/li>\n
  • Establish and maintain positive, cooperative, working relationships.<\/li>\n
  • Work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n

    Schedule: 10 Hour shift, Monday to Saturday.<\/p>\n

    Salary: Training period 550JD, after 90 Days 750JD (based on experience)<\/p>\n
