– Cooperate with the Re-insurance department to complete necessary placements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Cooperate with the TPA to assure smooth and timely communication to achieve highest level of service to clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Supervise outstanding premiums settlements and coordinate Collections matters and reconciliations with clients.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Follow up on AML and corporate governance requirements and assure policies and procedures are strictly followed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Help the company maintain good relations with local and international brokers, reinsurance brokers, reinsurance companies and other local insurance companies to ensure smooth placement of business.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Assist the GM and BoD in preparing, delivering and monitoring the strategic plan of the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Assist the Finance Manager in the preparation of the company's financial statements, including the IC reports and claims bordereaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, or related fields<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Minimum 8 years\u2019 experience in sales and back office operations of which at least 3 years at a managerial level<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Holder of Master\u2019s degree and insurance license is a plus.<\/strong><\/p>\n
