The Asset Movement Team (AMT) Associate will work closely with field service teams and various other internal departments in the review and approval of money\/asset movement transactions. They will report directly to a Regional Leader.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities Include<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Review & Approve disbursement requests to ensure completion in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Research and resolve problems with a timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Ability to handle a high volume of requests in a fast paced environment.<\/li>\n
• Efficiently navigating Morgan Stanley systems.<\/li>\n
• Provide world class customer service in all interactions.<\/li>\n
• Apply Firm verification policies for all clients to avoid identity theft and fraudulent activity.<\/li>\n
• Keep current on SEC\/FINRA, Compliance and Firm policy and procedural guidelines and apply to review processing and all interactions to ensure risk mitigation.<\/li>\n
• Participate in projects and\/or remediation efforts as needed including pilot programs.<\/li>\n
• Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n
• College preferred or equivalent experience<\/li>\n
• 1-3 year\u2019s industry experience preferred<\/li>\n
• Basic knowledge of Morgan Stanley systems and procedures<\/li>\n
• Basic clerical and administrative skills<\/li>\n
• Effective written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n
• Excellent interpersonal and client service skills<\/li>\n
• Organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent follow up skills<\/li>\n
• Ability to research and resolve problems and service inquiries and escalate when appropriate<\/li>\n
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite.<\/li>\n
• Be self-motivated and able to work in a strong team and high activity environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
