We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy<\/li>\n
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues<\/li>\n
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process<\/li>\n
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital<\/li>\n
5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization<\/li>\n
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance<\/li>\n
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program<\/li>\n
8. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs<\/li>\n
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics<\/li>\n
10. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Requirements and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
    1. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive<\/li>\n
    2. People oriented and results driven<\/li>\n
    3. Knowledge of HR systems and databases<\/li>\n
    4. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills<\/li>\n
    5. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills<\/li>\n
    6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company<\/li>\n
    7. In-depth knowledge of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices<\/li>\n
    8. Degree in Human Resources or related field<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
