• Follow up on recruitment needs, and ensure closing within set timelines<\/li>\n
• Review applicants received on a day-to-day basis and ensure daily processing and classification<\/li>\n
• Conduct initial phone screening and complete candidate evaluation documentation<\/li>\n
• Evaluate, assess and provide quality candidates<\/li>\n
• Organize advertising, interviewing and selection processes for recruitment campaigns<\/li>\n
• Provide applicants with information about the job, tasks, responsibilities, working conditions, Terms and conditions of employment<\/li>\n
• Weekly and periodical reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • University graduate in a relevant field<\/li>\n
  • Minimum 1 year experience as Recruitment Officer<\/li>\n
  • Preferable experience in a high recruitment volume<\/li>\n
  • Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic)<\/li>\n
  • Reporting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
