• Oversee daily cash management activities, invest surplus cash, and meet funding requirements to drive cash flow forecasting.<\/li>\n
• Develop a payment strategy to achieve digitalization.<\/li>\n
• Achieve optimization and streamlining of processes through Internet banking and modules.<\/li>\n
• Develop and enhance relationships with the banks while ensuring timely management of forex, and interest costs.<\/li>\n
• Create and generate required treasury reports on a regular and ad-hoc basis; this will include analysis of the firm\u2019s financial charges, debt, treasury risk exposure, and cash position.<\/li>\n
• Regular testing and ensuring compliance with KPIs.<\/li>\n
• Negotiate facilities and monitor compliance with all financial covenants.<\/li>\n
• Formulate and implement plans that are in line with business objectives.<\/li>\n
• Drive, manage, and improve cash flow forecasting.<\/li>\n
• Ability to develop a funding plan while meeting the requirements of the company\u2019s growth.<\/li>\n
• Regularly review and enhance processes as needed to achieve optimization.<\/li>\n
• Monitor cash flow positions and related borrowing needs to ensure financial stability and maintain sufficient funds to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.<\/li>\n
• Develop a risk management strategy in line with the approved policy to address the possible financial risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience within a treasury department of an international business.<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge and experience in treasury management including managing complex loan portfolios, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in managing banking relationships.<\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
  • Treasury management systems experience is essential.<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal capabilities.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to communicate professionally with directors, partners, and high-level executives.<\/li>\n
  • Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
