Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. Manage people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes aligned with objectives.<\/p>\n

Specific Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.<\/li>\n
• Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation \u2013 both internal and third party.<\/li>\n
• Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver the project on budget.<\/li>\n
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.<\/li>\n
• Managing the delivery of the project according to this plan.<\/li>\n
• Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and\/or budget.<\/li>\n
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.<\/li>\n
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction<\/li>\n
• Reviews business cases for each proposed technology project, including the detailed scoping, solution analysis, cost-benefit analysis and return on investment, ensuring they align to best practice, and are cognisant of potential regional synergies<\/li>\n
• Oversees identifying technology gaps, and proposes and implements the required changes to cover potential risks.<\/li>\n
• Define project delivery strategies, and deploy a range of tools to deliver projects – Agile, Waterfall, etc<\/li>\n
• Create and own project plans to support on time and in budget delivery of in-scope IT projects<\/li>\n
• Estimating timelines, measuring risk, and devising mitigation strategies<\/li>\n
• Establish Policy and Procedure for PM Office and work on best practice and put the SOP<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Education:<\/p>\n

  \u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent<\/p>\n

  Desired:<\/p>\n

  • PMP Certification<\/li>\n
  • Experience working in a remote, virtual or work-from-home environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Experience<\/strong>: 5-8 years of related business experience.<\/p>\n

    Language: Excellent in Arabic and English<\/p>\n
