Monitor and assess adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards, identify deviations and potential risks and report them to relevant parties.<\/p>\n

Present reports to senior management, executives, and other stakeholders, utilize data visualization techniques to enhance understanding and impact.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, align with reporting requirements, and support decision-making by understanding stakeholder needs and providing insights.<\/p>\n

Monitor and analyze data and reporting metrics over time, identify areas for improvement or potential risks and recommend appropriate actions.<\/p>\n

Continuously evaluate and enhance reporting processes for improved efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness, propose and implement solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting procedure.<\/p>\n

Regularly perform commission calculations using established methodologies, ensure timely and accurate calculations to meet payment deadlines and maintain sales team satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Support in developing methodologies and formulas for setting targets.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n

Education:<\/p>\n

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, business administration, or data analytics. A master's degree is preferred.<\/p>\n

Level of Experience:<\/p>\n

Intermediate Experience in Reporting and Data Analytics.<\/p>\n

Certifications & Licensure:<\/p>\n

Essential:<\/p>\n

Advanced Excel, Power BI<\/p>\n

Data Analytics and Visualization Certification<\/p>\n

Desirable:<\/p>\n

SQL<\/p>\n

Business Analytics (BA)<\/p>\n
