• Preparing the appropriate templates to prepare the budget for all concerned departments.<\/li>\n
• Comply with the approved policy of budgeting regarding the deadlines and the management of the budgeting process.<\/li>\n
• Receiving the budget estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically examines them for correctness, accuracy, and completeness.<\/li>\n
• Analyzing financial information (e.g., revenues, expenditures, and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget.<\/li>\n
• Review budget requests for approval.<\/li>\n
• Forecast future budget needs.<\/li>\n
• Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines<\/li>\n
• Assist in designing and implementation of effective budgeting policies and procedures<\/li>\n
• Research, analyze, and prepare ad hoc analyses\/reports<\/li>\n
• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Partner directly with the finance team and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.<\/li>\n
• Dive deeply into financial data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.<\/li>\n
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.<\/li>\n
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.<\/li>\n
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • BSc degree in Accounting, CMA is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
