As SAP Consulting Senior Manager, you'll display a very high level of competency in business development and\/or technical knowledge, as well as a good understanding of internal operations. You'll also have strong client delivery and engagement management experience. As a trusted advisor, you'll identify and develop client and market growth opportunities and use your key subject matter knowledge to develop thought leadership for clients.
Drawing on your knowledge and experience, you'll facilitate resolution of conflicts and politically sensitive issues internally and with client teams. As a valued leader, you'll create and direct high-performing teams across EY, improve learning opportunities for others and create and deliver cross-practice team learning events. As a role model for quality & risk management, you'll confirm that all client work is delivered to a high standard of quality in accordance with EY's Q&RM guidelines.

Client responsibilities<\/p>\n

• Lead SAP Consulting Services engagements in various industries <\/li>\n
• Lead client discussions and generate sales opportunities by demonstrating our value proposition <\/li>\n
• Leverage client relationships to drive new business opportunities <\/li>\n
• Plan, prepare and review deliverables in various forms including written reports, presentations and discussions with clients, EY teams and other parties <\/li>\n
• Communicate significant issues, fees, and estimates-to-complete to clients <\/li>\n
• Leverage client relationships to drive new business opportunities <\/li>\n
• Understand EY's full-service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients <\/li>\n
• Build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services across the organization <\/li>\n
• Develop your personal profile in the marketplace <\/li>\n
• Develop awareness of EY offerings in the marketplace <\/li>\n
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key client sponsors <\/li>\n
• Manage risk of delivery on client engagements <\/li>\n
• Manage all financial aspects of client engagements <\/li>\n
• Act as an ambassador for EY in the market and with clients <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring all levels of staff <\/li>\n
  • Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff <\/li>\n
  • Drive people-related initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training Technology Consulting Services professionals <\/li>\n
  • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills of all levels of staff <\/li>\n
  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures and communicate these to all levels of staff <\/li>\n
  • Act as a leader of the business and as a role model for staff <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Technical skills requirements
    \u25ba Implementation experience in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules
    \u25ba Experience and\/or understanding of one or more of below modules will be added an advantage
    \u25ba Sales and Distribution
    \u25ba Material Management
    \u25ba Plant Maintenance
    \u25ba Human Resources
    \u25ba Experience in Integration of SAP R\/3 and S4Hana with legacy applications
    \u25ba Knowledge about SAP Business Intelligence tools
    \u25ba Prior experience in ACTIVATE implementation methodology
    \u25ba Experience in enabling VAT in SAP systems preferably in the Gulf countries
    Additional Requirements
    \u25ba \u25ba Demonstrated track record with a blue chip consulting organization and\/or a blue chip organization
    \u25ba \u25ba Demonstrated experience in business development in the GCC, preferably within Qatar
    \u25ba \u25ba Approximately 10 to 15 years of total experience and SAP Implementation experience
    \u25ba \u25ba Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing projects or programs of work, exceeding client expectations whilst managing project risks or issues
    \u25ba Should have worked on SAP support
    \u25ba Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes.
    \u25ba Strong academic record including a degree
    \u25ba Project Management and Quality Assurance of SAP modules
    \u25ba Bilinguals preferred
