We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in " Al-Hallabat (Zarqa) "
Duties & Responsibilities:
\u2022 Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
\u2022 Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.
\u2022 Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
\u2022 Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
\u2022 Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
\u2022 Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
\u2022 Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory
\u2022 Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
\u2022 Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy
\u2022 Other related duties could be assigned based on the direct manager\u2019s request.
Qualifications:
\u2022 5 to 7 years of related experience in warehousing.
\u2022 Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, or Management.
\u2022 Excellent Analytical skills.
\u2022 Experience in leading teams.
\u2022 Excellent communication skills.
\u2022 Very Good in the English Language.
\u2022 Excellent in MS office, Excel, and PowerPoint are a must.
\u2022 Experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
\u2022 Flexibility to work in different locations within the Kingdom, the main location will be in Hallabat.
\u2022 Flexibility to work in different shifts.
NOTE: Having a car is a must.
