Job Purpose:-
To convert opportunities in to sales by effectively engaging with prospects in Direct Sales \/ Auto Sales customer interactions.
Accountabilities:-<\/p>\n

• Business development<\/li>\n
  \n
  • Deliver presentations and achieve sales of GB%27s products and services<\/li>\n
  • Carry out tele-sales activities as part of business development activities<\/li>\n
  • Raise the profile of GB%27s products and services<\/li>\n
  • Maintain contact with key potential clients<\/li>\n
  • Promote GB and its products and services<\/li>\n
  • Develop other business from customers other than salary acquisition e.g. deposits, credit cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
  • Sales Management:<\/li>\n
    \n
    • Deliver sales in line with sales targets and budgets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    • Customer management:<\/li>\n
      \n
      • Qualify customers for suitability<\/li>\n
      • Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate<\/li>\n
      • Handle issues raised by clients as part of the sales process<\/li>\n
      • Answer product queries and provide client reassurance<\/li>\n
      • Provide customer service at all stages of sales\/conversion process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      • Corporate governance & complianceWork fully within:<\/li>\n

          • Education \/ Qualifications:<\/li>\n

            • Diploma in Banking\/ Management\/Finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • Good knowledge of Direct Selling and local market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              • Experience: <\/li>\n
                \n
                • 1 _ 2 years in Banking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                • Generic & Specific Skills: <\/li>\n
                  \n
                  • Excellent Communication<\/li>\n
                  • Analytical Thinking<\/li>\n
                  • Bilingual in Arabic & English<\/li>\n
                  • Proficient in IT (MS Office & Banking software)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n
