THE JUNIOR MARKETING OFFICER:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shall be responsible for the provision of tactical and strategic support to Senior Marketing Officer and Services Director through all phases of the Marketing and PR processes: research, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for ensuring the production of marketing and communications materials and promotional publications and events in line with the Campus vision and adopted marketing policies and plans.<\/p>\n

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and setting up budget allocations for required marketing activities.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Evaluate campaigns data and report back to management regarding the success of the marketing activities.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Gather market data and analyze results in relation to the Campus\u2019s marketing plans to be used in rankings and other forms of market analysis.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Ensure compliance within the policies and procedures of the Project.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Assist in the creation of social media accounts and Campus website.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Assist the development of strategies to increase following base on the social media accounts.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Constantly update of the Campus website and social media accounts.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Update information about Campus on external websites and directories.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Assist in the development of Marketing KPI\u2019s for measuring success.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Manage the stock of all marketing collateral and identify when stock needs to be replenished.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Liaise with academic and administrative staff to request and collate information for in-house publications.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Conduct researches for PR purposes and writing of press releases.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Maintain a photo library and arranging external photo shoots and filming with placement students and alumni as well as in-house photo shoots with staff and students.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Liaise with the advertising agency, designers and printers (in-house and external) and provide assistance with proofreading.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Coordinate Campus participation at exhibitions both nationally and internationally.<\/em><\/li>\n
• Coordinate annual graduation and prize-giving. <\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • At least (1) years\u2019 experience. <\/em><\/li>\n
  • Excellent organization, administration, time management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. <\/em><\/li>\n
  • Ability to meet tight, conflicting deadlines when required.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English\u2013 oral and written.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles<\/em><\/li>\n
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
