Raw Material Sampling Technician (Sampler)
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
The role of Raw Material Sampling Technician is to perform sampling on incoming raw material (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Excipients and Primary and Secondary Packaging Materials) within a cGMP environment.
\u2022 Upon receiving the receipt, COA and data logger for the incoming consignments, the sampler must start preparing for the sampling process.
\u2022 Collect warehouse document (Incoming Material Checklist, Supplier\u2019s Certification of Analysis (COA), temperature data log) and deliver these documents to Quality Control (QC) personnel for release.
\u2022 Verify sampling area cleanliness and clean up any spillage during sampling.
\u2022 Put on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and collect samples and weigh the samples from different types of materials and containers (drum, bags) for microbiology testing and chemistry testing.
\u2022 Perform daily sanitization of the sampling down flow booth prior sampling activity and general housekeeping after sampling activity.
\u2022 Place proper labelling of sampled container and samples then document the sampling information in relevant logbooks.
\u2022 Submit all types of samples (Secondary, Primary, Active and Excipient) of raw materials to QC testing laboratory with sampling document and warehouse document.
\u2022 Perform other duties related to QC activities as may be required or necessary.
Job Requirements:
\u2022 The applicant must be a young man between the ages of 18 and 30.
\u2022 East Amman resident.
\u2022 Diploma of related field (pharmacist, chemistry, nursing\u2026).
\u2022 0- 2 years of experience.
\u2022 Physically fit for job as required to move 50kg drum using pallet jet and 25kg box with hands.
