Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Support the recruitment\/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing screening interviews, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts and preparing job offer letters<\/li>\n
• Schedule meetings, interviews<\/li>\n
• Coordination with overseas agencies for vacancies<\/li>\n
• Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires<\/li>\n
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity<\/li>\n
• Support other functions as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Skills<\/p>\n

  • Can start immediately is preferred<\/li>\n
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a recruitment specialist or relevant human resources\/administrative position<\/li>\n
  • Has an experience in hiring expatriates overseas<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process<\/li>\n
  • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)<\/li>\n
  • In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities<\/li>\n
  • Familiarity with social media recruiting<\/li>\n
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality<\/li>\n
