Minimum Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Fluent in Arabic with good English verbal and report writing skills (MS Word & Excel)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A recognized Engineering Degree or Diploma qualification is preferred.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Minimum > 5 Years\u2019 experience as Inspector in one of the following sectors: Mining, Power plant, Petrochemical or Heavy engineering.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Exposure to medium-voltage equipment is a mandatory requirement.<\/p>\n

Additional Electrical Inspection certification will be required for this position<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Responsibilities: <\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Monitor and witness all equipment due for calibration.<\/p>\n

2. Assist with the recording of punch-list and CAR items.<\/p>\n

3. Assist the Warehouse \/ Stores with all incoming deliveries ensuring quality products with no damage.<\/p>\n

4. Identify and raise NCR as and when required.<\/p>\n

5. Compilation of data-book for all new projects.<\/p>\n

6. Visual Inspect and Witness all Electrical repairs, Termination, and fixation, ensuring Local Standard and Regulations, IEC, NFPA etc. apply and obtained when inspecting the major Electrical maintenance works and Electrical installations.<\/p>\n

Skills & Abilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u00b7 General knowledge in Electrical Switchgears power system (1KV\/<\/strong>0.400KV), distribution boards, and control protection relays) etc.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Knowledge of Electrical standard repairs medium-voltage and low-voltage (Electrical rooms troubleshooting, Motors, Cables) etc.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 A good knowledge in making use of related Codes and Standard such as IEEE.NEC, IEC, NFPA etc.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Able to use electrical measuring tools such, Multi-meter, Insulation testers, Process calibration, Field sensors calibration, Instruments for field inspection, Thermal camera etc.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Able to develop inspection templates, inspection procedures, ITP and QCP\u2019s and Data-books.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Able to read and understand Drawings, Electrical power diagrams, Single line control diagrams, P&ID, s and Electrical OEM Manuals.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Understanding of Punch, CAR, and NCR systems.<\/p>\n
