Role Summary<\/p>\n

As a Software Engineer at LENSEC, you will work on things that closely correlates with the success of the company. As a member of Perspective VMS\u00ae engineering team, you will develop new features that advances our Video Management System product portfolio to gain competitive advantage.<\/p>\n

You will coordinate with Engineering and Product Managers, on new features and help LENSEC execute the company\u2019s product roadmap. You will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, build consensus, track risks and dependencies with a positive attitude.<\/p>\n

We expect all our engineers to be product focused and enthusiastic to take on new challenges and drive our product and culture forward.<\/p>\n

What you will be doing (core responsibilities)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Design and build new features from our product roadmap.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Troubleshoot software issues and debug code.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Help ensure our internal codebases remain well tested, easily extensible and documented.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Work in a high-performing and winning culture and foster a collaborative working environment with other members of the engineering team.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Work with cross-functional teams on different time-zones.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Contribute to technical documentation and wiki pages.<\/p>\n

Qualifications (you must have)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 BSc. degree in computer science or software engineering or any relevant field.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Proficiency in .NET programming languages, especially C#.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Excellent understanding in object-oriented principles.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Understanding in ASP.NET frameworks (MVC or Web Forms) and Web APIs.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Good knowledge in web development technologies: HTML\/CSS, JavaScript\/TypeScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, Telerik Framework (Kendo UI and Telerik Reporting).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Good knowledge in working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server databases.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban\u2026etc.).<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Good analytical and creative approach to complex problems.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ability to work under pressure.<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Excellent communication skills.<\/p>\n
