As a Senior Holidays Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and selling customized holiday packages for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your expertise to create unique itineraries that exceed their expectations.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Consult with clients to determine their holiday needs and preferences<\/p>\n

\u2022 Design customized holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Provide exceptional customer service throughout the holiday planning process<\/p>\n

\u2022 Stay up-to-date on holiday trends, destination information, and travel products and services<\/p>\n

\u2022 Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals<\/p>\n

\u2022 Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics<\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor's degree<\/p>\n

\u2022 2+ years of experience in holiday sales and customer service<\/p>\n

\u2022 2+ years of experience in ready-made and custom packages<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong destination knowledge and travel industry expertise<\/p>\n

\u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n
