Newly established Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices factory located in King Abdullah II industrial city-Sahab,
Looking for an accountant.
Job duties and responsibilities:
1. Handle petty cash.
2. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded on the system.
3. Track and monitor accounts receivable
4. Issue and prepare invoices
5. Track and monitor accounts payable
6. Perform reconciliations
7. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
8. Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
9. Update financial data in a timely manner
10. Ensure that information is accurate
11. Any other responsibilities\/duties that may be required from the Line manager
12. Good experience in monitoring financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met.
Skills
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Accounting
\u2022 2-4 Years of Experience in Finance & Accounting.
\u2022 Excellent knowledge of MS Office in particular Microsoft Excel
\u2022 Good in English
