Baker Hughes has a new opportunity for Lead Reliability Engineer to join the team in Kuwait.

As a Lead Reliability Engineer, you'll play a vital role to Kuwait and the region. You'll be part of Completions & Wellbore Intervention product line. You'll focus on preventing failures during the lifecycle management of our product & services through effective monitoring and corrective action planning.
As a Lead Reliability Engineer you will be responsible for:
.Performing work in accordance with Baker Hughes HS&E policies and procedures.
.Leading regular Incident Review Board meetings.
.Having corrective action identification as well as follow up on implementation for Maintenance and Operations specific problems.
.Being Responsible to drive job & tool failure investigations as well as failure prevention.
.Ensuring failure reporting and product life tracking systems are updated accordingly and in timely fashion.
.Ensuring Maintenance & Operations are informed and are taking action appropriately.
.Supporting in Job planning and preparation by participating in Risk Assessment\/deviation waiver\/Management of change(RA\/DWR\/MOC) and deployment readiness assessment process (DRA).
.Participating in the engineering design review process.
.Managing the FRACAS DMAIC Stages. Applying root cause analysis (RCA) Processes. Developing and reviewing cause maps.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
.Have 5+ years experience in Application Engineering, Technical Support, FSE, Maintenance or Reliability Engineering function
.Have formal qualification in an Engineering discipline (preferred petroleum or mechanical discipline) with Bachelor's or Master's degree
.Have heavy experience and knowledge in Liner hanger, Cased hole, Wellbore intervention, Workover services
.Have experience in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry
