The F&B Assistant will be assisting the F&B operations Manager in achieving the department\u2019s goals & objectives by achieving quality for all F&B operations and maintaining high standards of hygiene.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
- \n
- Assists in defining item recipes and sub recipes. to achieve proper food service.<\/li>\n
- Takes control of Daily Requisitions from HQ warehouse and External Suppliers to ensure all requisitions are on place.<\/li>\n
- Enters daily resaved invoices and production cycles produced by each department to the system to ensure all invoices are documented on the system.<\/li>\n
- Provides the Direct Manager with weekly and Monthly Reports to provide them with all needed updates.<\/li>\n
- Being responsible for internal hospitality related procedures (Communications& coordination, scheduling, production & delivery, invoicing) to keep them organized and followed up.<\/li>\n
- Ensures that the operational Food and Beverage team can deliver the highest quality product, and the highest financial return.<\/li>\n
- Oversees the planning and execution of special events to ensure success and ensure relevant information is passed on to the restaurant managers and assistant managers.<\/li>\n
- Follows up on the orders\u2019 quantities and arrival dates to ensure the workflow is maintained<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Strives to achieve the highest levels of proficiency on all competencies and skills required to perform the role.<\/li>\n
- Sets performance goals in the beginning of the year after discussion with the line Manager and ensures those goals are achieved during the course of the year.<\/li>\n
- Identifies the training and development requirements for self and agrees on them with the line manager to ensure that the required training is arranged and attended<\/li>\n
- Ensures detailed and accurate documentation and reporting relating to the requirements of the function.<\/li>\n
- Manages, prioritizes and organizes self, relating to additional tasks requested by Function Management to support the Foundation achieve its business plan.<\/li>\n
- Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by management from time to time.<\/li>\n
- Uphold the code of conduct and PSEA-related policies to ensure adherence to HR policies.<\/li>\n
- Actively participate in SEA-related trainings and awareness-raising efforts, including support for dissemination of PSEA materials to ensure adherence to HR policies.<\/li>\n
- Report allegations of SEA through the designated reporting channels to ensure adherence to HR policies.<\/li>\n
- Participate in investigations of SEA allegations as appropriate to ensure adherence to HR policies.<\/li>\n
- Identify and mitigate\/avoid SEA-related programmer risks (particularly for personnel involved in programming) to ensure adherence to HR policies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n

- Bachelor\u2019s Degree in industrial engineering, IT or any relevant field.<\/li>\n
- 0-2 Years of experience.<\/li>\n
- Strong English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)<\/li>\n
- Understanding of production \/ manufacturing cycles<\/li>\n
- Experience using ERP Manufacturing system<\/li>\n
- Good knowledge in Raw Material Definition including (Naming, Classification, UOM, Storing , barcoding )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
