KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong>
Technical<\/strong>
\u2022 Under the guidance of the Camp Area Manager and the Economic Justice Programme Manager, to manage and coordinate the implementation and development of the project \u201cImproving refugees\u2019 socio-economic conditions in the Za\u2019atari camp through enhancing their capacities and employability skills\u201d.
\u2022 Manage the delivery of assigned activities in close coordination with Camp manager and EJ program manager
\u2022 Support Camp manger in managing project budget and forecast of the activities.
\u2022 Manage risks and propose risk mitigation plans and\/or actions as appropriate.
\u2022 Develop and foster links between partners, stakeholders, alliance members, development partners, end users and other market actors
\u2022 Ensure coordination with other Oxfam activities under the EJ programme.
\u2022 In conjunction with the team analyze and make the links between the WASH, Solid Waste
Management, EJ and CFW activities, and make recommendations for actions which are consistent with Oxfam's policies and sector requirements.
\u2022 Working closely with MEAL departments to develop project selecting criteria
\u2022 Donor reporting of project activities and indicators.
Technical support<\/strong>
Provide and facilitate expert advice and support in Livelihood programming in protracted crisis, including
1. Livelihoods, Home Based Businesses, financial literacy.
2. Programme Quality, Learning and Growth
3. Contribute to any future program designs and proposal writings
\u2022 Ensure programme quality, through appropriate use of Oxfam tools related to monitoring & evaluation and learning; gender mainstreaming; active citizenship; accountability and governance
\u2022 Actively participate in designing the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning frameworks
\u2022 Monitoring camp-level and local economic trends that may influence job creation. Devising methods and procedures for obtaining and analyzing relevant sectoral market data

For this role, you will need to model Oxfam\u2019s feminist leadership approach so we have selected the most relevant feminist leadership practices which we will use for assessment purposes (which you can read more about here):
Graduate from a recognized university, preferably Agricultural engineering.
At least 3 years expertise in livelihood in protracted crisis, including women economic empowerment
Good understanding of Jordan Livelihood programming Experience in and understanding of both urban and rural economic development programming contexts, preferably in a camp setting.
Proven ability to analyses complex environments at local and national level, monitor changes and translate into PERSON SPECIFICATION<\/strong>
Appropriate strategic and creative planning.
Experience in management and capacity building of teams in complex contexts
Demonstrated experience of integrating gender and diversity into program strategies and
implementation
Excellent experience in all stages of project cycle management.
Good assessment, analytical, monitoring and evaluating and planning skills and project management skills to enable program delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds.
Very good written and spoken English and Arabic
