The Senior Customer Service Supervisor, will act as a liaison, provide service information, answer clients' questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.<\/p>\n

As a successful Supervisor, you should be excited to help customers, patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative with a constant approach to providing the best customer experience in the clinics.<\/p>\n

We are hiring a Senior Customer Service Supervisor to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, and modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Receive complaints and resolve problems<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Maintain timekeeping and personnel records<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Prepare and submit performance reports<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Decide on rewards and promotions based on performance<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Hire and train new employees<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/p>\n

• Proven experience as a call center supervisor or similar supervisory position<\/li>\n
• Proficient in English; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus<\/li>\n
• Working knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n
• Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures<\/li>\n
• Knowledge of accounting tasks<\/li>\n
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities<\/li>\n
• Strong personality<\/li>\n
• A results-oriented approach<\/li>\n
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n
• Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a relative field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
