Coordinate the shipment of research materials to and from the university, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations and protocols<\/li>\n
Oversee the inventory of research materials ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability of supplies needed for research projects such as chemicals, laboratory items, etc.,<\/li>\n
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements for research material procurement. This includes coordinating orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise<\/li>\n
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies governing the transportation and shipping of research materials, such as hazardous materials handling, import\/export regulations, and ethical guidelines<\/li>\n
