• Welcoming guests upon arrival and providing a warm and friendly greeting.<\/li>\n
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling reservations, and billing.<\/li>\n
• Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve any issues.<\/li>\n
• Providing information to guests about facilities and services.<\/li>\n
• Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints.<\/li>\n
• Monitoring guest feedback and reviews, and taking action to address any issues or areas for improvement.<\/li>\n
• Providing feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve guest satisfaction and overall guest experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
