Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Handle PROTEI products installation, configuration, and testing.<\/li>\n
• Implement ATP on-site after each installation.<\/li>\n
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the Senior Technical Support or Team Leader.<\/li>\n
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues<\/li>\n
• Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity<\/li>\n
• Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries.<\/li>\n
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Required Experience and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Bachelor degree in engineering or any related field<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of Linux Operating System<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of MySQL and Networking (TCP\/IP, SNMP, NTP, SMTP, DNS, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n
  • Basic knowledge of coding and scripting.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English<\/li>\n
  • Ability to act professionally under stress<\/li>\n
  • Good with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge of Telecom domain and Telco\u2019s protocol\u2019s is a plus (Diameter, SS7, SMPP, CAP, INAP, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
