The main role of the System Engineer is to handle the maintenance of specific apron assets, Cavotec PCAs, assigned to the position.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The main job duties of the System Engineer are the following ones.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1. To attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss progress\/ improvements related with inspections, audits, checklists, etc. on activities related with the asset on weekly basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

2. To follow up the tasks\/ requests pending with other departments in order to solve them without affecting the service on daily basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

3. To prepare permits to work on monthly basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

4. To review any open or on-hold work orders related with the PCAs and to coordinate with the maintenance team the closing of the same as per needed rectification on daily basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

5. To coordinate with the Duty Engineers and corrective maintenance team for all related activities and complaints on daily basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

6. To coordinate asset related projects, dismantling and new installation on circumstantial basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

7. To review the asset yearly maintenance plan and to coordinate with the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Planning Responsible the notice of necessary shutdowns on weekly basis.<\/p>\n

8. To analyze current issues by visiting the site and inspecting units on circumstantial basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

9. To provide training and staff assessment for maintenance technicians on circumstantial basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

10. To prepare reports and proactive analysis of data on monthly basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

11. To allocate necessary manpower resources according to ongoing issues and activities on daily basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

12. To develop new techniques to reduce the repairing time of equipment in breakdowns, in order to enhance the service quality on circumstantial basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

13. To monitor information extracted from several data sources in order to analyze and diagnose issues on daily basis.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

14. To conduct testing and inspection of faulty components and to prepare a report of repaired items accordingly on weekly basis.<\/p>\n

15. To verify and analyze the preventive maintenance, operations and corrective maintenance inspection reports for critical snags on daily basis.<\/p>\n

16. To review the daily, weekly, preventive maintenance check list and to update the database accordingly on daily basis.<\/p>\n

17. To send 24 hours\u2019 dashboard report to client on daily basis.<\/p>\n

18. To coordinate with third party inspectors for required asset audit and certification on ad hoc basis.<\/p>\n
