Arab Bank is seeking to hire fresh graduates as part of our Data Science Academy program. This program is designed to train and develop talented young individuals for a rewarding career in the banking sector specifically within the bank\u2019s \u201cData\u201d projects, to support the divisions of Consumer banking Group, Corporate Institutional Banking, Compliance, Risk, and Operations. The new hires will be given training on banking business, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and Data Science foundations. Followed by business case assignments to apply their banking knowledge.<\/p>\n

Accountabilities and Key Roles:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• Identify, analyze, and pinpoint trends and patterns in the bank\u2019s data sets that enable leveraging to further growth.<\/li>\n
• Communicate and present findings to senior management and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with management to prioritize operational and strategic objectives using a data-driven approach.<\/li>\n
• Interact with senior management and unit heads to identify information needs based on products, transactions, technology, and services offered by the bank.<\/li>\n
• Design and improve the bank\u2019s data collection and database designs to optimize efficiency and improve data quality.<\/li>\n
• Acquire data from internal and external data sources that can be used to enhance the bank\u2019s data sets and improve analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Education<\/strong>: <\/p>\n

  Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science,CIS, BIT, Industrial Engineer, AI, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics.<\/p>\n

  <\/p>\n

  Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  Fresh graduates with a maximum of 1 year of experience in a Data Science or Data Analysis role.<\/p>\n
