Duties & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

• Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.<\/li>\n
• Prepares architectural and civil specifications for projects.<\/li>\n
• prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time<\/li>\n
• Maintain material suppliers database<\/li>\n
• Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender<\/li>\n
• support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.<\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
