The Facilities Technician must have a wide set of skills and knowledge of various crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, electricity and machinery etc. Must have a clean background and ability to work various shift timings including evenings, weekends and public holidays. This is a full-time position. The goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good and safe condition at all times.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Reports to the Operations Manager<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Follow regular maintenance procedures and record all actions taken<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Prepare regular maintenance reports and records<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Perform regular and emergency maintenance for all components and spaces<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Monitor inventory of materials and equipment<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Communicate any needs or concerns to the appropriate staff as necessary<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Support the Operations Manager in the training and supervising of cleaning staff<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Support the safety of the building by proactively supporting the security guards and guest service teams<\/p>\n

Educational Background<\/p>\n

\u00b7 4+ years of proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role<\/p>\n
