• Conducting a business study in an effort to identify business process improvement within different departments in the organization.<\/li>\n
• Performing gap analysis to identify key process improvements.<\/li>\n
• Capturing and tracing business issues in the current state of business processes.<\/li>\n
• Recommending integration and improvement in the existing processes and redesigning process documentation (as appropriate), that would yield better results for clients.<\/li>\n
• Assist with developing and delivering improvements in the process\/policy documentation across business divisions within the organization.<\/li>\n
• Ability to do business processes Improvement\/Reengineering (BPI\/BPR)<\/li>\n
• Policy & Procedure Documentation.<\/li>\n
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and organizational excellence.<\/li>\n
• Guide and mentor all teams to implement the changes.<\/li>\n
• Ability to maintain confidential business and personal employee information<\/li>\n
• Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Client.<\/li>\n
• Strong attention to details.<\/li>\n
• Knowledge of business processes and improvement methods.<\/li>\n
