Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of software engineers in the development and implementation of software solutions for the automotive industry.<\/li>\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs.<\/li>\n
• Take ownership of software development and deployment<\/li>\n
• Ensure the team adheres to established software development best practices and processes.<\/li>\n
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.<\/li>\n
• Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key software development tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Requirements
  <\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.<\/li>\n
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.<\/li>\n
  • Strong technical skills in PHP, Yii\/Laravel, APIs, MySQL\/Postgres, design patterns, AWS, DB Design, Performance tuning,<\/li>\n
  • Experience in Java, and Python is a plus. <\/li>\n
  • Proven experience leading high-performing software engineering teams.<\/li>\n
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent organizational skills.<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n
  • Experience in E-commerce companies is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
